Set Nominal Bandwidth when selecting mode

Currently it requires two clicks to change mode and then set bandwidth. Nice feature would be to automatically set the bandwidth to a nominal width corresponding to the mode.

My intent was to make it so that it remembered the last filter width
when you were in that mode. I just haven't gotten around to coding
that yet.
