Reworked the panadapter so that the line is actually drawn in OpenGL as a Core Animation layer. This makes it faster and allows us to increase the framerate to 30fps without too much trouble. There are still some appearance issues with the display as compared to using the Quartz calls mainly due to the differences in antialiasing and scaling.
