Fixed problem reported by K9SRB that turned out to be a change in Metis v1.1 in the Ozy packet format. Extended Heterodyne to accept the new C0 header byte and it appears to work correctly now.
Did some optimizations to the waterfall display to hopefully make it a bit faster.
