Implement Band Stack Registers

Wire the band buttons to some implementation of band-stack registers. Each band should contain 3 registers that should preserve the following:

  • Frequency
  • Mode
  • High and low filter frequencies
  • Subreceiver frequency
  • Subreceiver mode
  • Subreceiver high and low filter frequencies
  • Transmit frequency
  • Transmit high and low filter frequencies
  • Split mode
