New text widget for frequency displays

The current text widget since it's set as editable does tweaky things like highlighting, selection and such. It should probably not look like it's able to be edited, but clear itself when you click on it and allow a frequency entry. It should also format numbers to be XX.XXX.XXX format so that MHz/KHz look correct. This might require figuring out more about the number formatting system. I don't know if input and output number formatting can be different.
