Add Noise Reduction, and other DttSP DSP plugins to the receivers.

Noise reduction should be an on/off button option on both receivers. This includes all of the other digital processing that DttSP offers such as the binaural plugin and such.

(from [79]) Added the set functions for the DttSP audio processing functions and wired them into the interface. It should be noted that DttSP CPU usage seems to go through the roof when Noise Reduction is enabled. This is probably to be expected, but it does indicate that maybe there is some optimization that could be done. [#4 state:resolved]
