Implement Band Stack Registers

Wire the band buttons to some implementation of band-stack registers. Each band should contain 3 registers that should preserve the following:
- Frequency
- Mode
- High and low filter frequencies
- Subreceiver frequency
- Subreceiver mode
- Subreceiver high and low filter frequencies
- Transmit frequency
- Transmit high and low filter frequencies
- Split mode
