Continuous audio gain - feature

Currently the audio gain is set at the end of the drag on the associated control. It would be nice to set it as the control is dragged so that you can stop at the right value the first time.

Good call. This is probably a control bound with Cocoa Bindings, so there's a setting in there somewhere to update the control continuously instead of at the end. I'll have to run it down and get it set.

- State changed from “open” to “resolved”
Changed the "continuous" checkbox in the "Main Menu" xib so that the value continuously updates. This makes it so you can hear the AF gain changes as you move the slider.
